[ Basch isn't far behind, not with how insistently Sylvain has clenched against him this entire time, and certainly not with how beautifully he takes him. Basch's cry intermingles with the soul-piercing sound of Sylvain's pleasure, his grip tightening on the other as his back arches and he fills him, coming nearly in unison.

And then he slumps over the other, not quite letting his body go boneless, draping him with his weight and pressing kisses to any skin he can reach, fingers trailing on his sides as he chases the sensitivity still there. ]

[ Luckily for Basch, that desperate haze of heat has softened into the post-orgasmic bliss that leaves him limp and pliant and utterly sated beneath the other man. Head empty and body humming with the shivering aftershocks of pleasure, he can only give a soft moan of agreement, even if the words hadn’t actually penetrated the haze at all and he had no idea what he was actually agreeing to.

[ Basch isn't as far gone, but he still enjoys the warm haze of aftershocks, lingering for a few minutes before pulling out with a sigh, and leaning down to release Sylvain's bindings. The man is a mess. They both are. He smoothes back the other's sweat-soaked hair. ]

[ He only half expects an answer, weighing his own options. More touch and pampering would be fun, but how much will the other hate him if anyone else sees him like this?

[ Sylvain gives a low groan of relief as his ankles are freed. Stretching them and finally rolling off his aching knees. His body protests the move, having been positioned in it too long.

It doesn’t really occur to him to complain, though, not when exhaustion is already starting to weigh him down. Maybe another one of the effects of whatever he’d been given, now that his body had been sated. For the time being, anyway. ]

Don’t wanna move…

[ He laughs, kissing the other as he rights himself, only to settle on the ground, back against a leg of furniture. ]

Come here then [ he beckons, patting his lap. ]

[ Basch gets away with that, only because the redhead's mind is still too dazed and clouded with orgasmic bliss and the pure exhaustion his body's now sinking into on the other side of the 'help' he'd been given. His body is still calling the shots, not his common sense, which means that craving for contact, for touch and heat and closeness, is still completely drowning out his stubborn resistant side. For now, anyway.

Which is the biggest reason why, after only the briefest moments of hesitation, he curls up against Basch's thigh with a quiet sound of contentment, wanting nothing more than to just sink the rest of the way into that sated exhaustion now humming so pleasantly through his body. ]

[ Basch chuckles lowly, stroking his fingers through the stubborn red head's hair, murmuring quiet affirmations, as pleasant thoughts of all the ways he's going to spoil and break and pamper his pet fill his sated mind.

The system, it seems, is satisfied with that. It's a little clearer than coming out of the fantasies on the beach, and soon enough he's blinking in one of the hotel's private VR rooms, pulling off a headset and instinctively search for Sylvain.

Even though they're close enough to touch. Basch's hand immediately goes to his thigh, his healing tattoo peaking up from the curve of his forearm, reminding him yet again they both agreed to this. Today, exploring, the future here. ]

[ It's soft, but there's a twinge of anxiety to it. ]

[ Amber eyes blink open, the shift back to reality more than a little disorienting for him. But as soon as reality comes back to him, he's pulling off his own headset, his gaze is seeking out Basch just as quickly. ]

... That's going to take some getting used to. It felt so real.

[ Whatever magics these are, they're like nothing he's ever experienced before. He'd thought all that was real, in the moment. had forgotten everything outside it, until the only thing that existed was what he thought was the true reality inside their little test play.

But he's quick to reach for Basch's hand with a fond smile, squeezing his hand in reassurance. ]

That was... incredible. How are you?

[ Because that's his real concern here, especially with what they'd been experimenting with. ]

[ He breathes out in relief. Sylvain is clearly not rattled, and that was his only fear. In fact, 'incredible' is a pretty good review. ]

I...it felt incredible for me as well. I was so...confident. There was no doubt I knew what you wanted. I just trusted I was right and pushed you toward it.

[ He frowns, squeezing Sylvain's leg, but only in thought. ]

I don't mind, because I was right and I know you were alright with it...but what if I had that assuredness and I was wrong? I could have really damaged you, physically and psychologically. I think -- I think that's what scares me about that side of me.

[ He gives a smile though, and a reassuring squeeze. ] This didn't scare me though.

Basch.

[ Tossing the VR helmet aside, he rolls towards the other man, cupping the side of his face with one of his hands. ]

You had me at your mercy in there. And both of us not having the knowledge we do out here. And yet, despite that, you never once crossed a line. You never pushed past my boundaries. You had complete power over me and you could have abused that any number of ways. And yet we both came out of it having experienced pleasure and satisfaction.

You could have done a great many things. But you didn't. And I think you would have adjusted your approach no matter who you had kneeling before you. You're more intuitive than you realize. You knew exactly how to guide me to where you wanted me, without going too far.

[ He's not expecting quite that forceful of a response, and his brows knit as he listens -- not in disagreement, but because it's a framing he doesn't have. He's quiet for a few moments after, mulling over what Sylvain has said as he nods slowly. ]

I guess that's right. I had no interest in doing anything that would harm you or our relationship, even in that setting. The goal was still pleasure, and what I overrode was intentional.

[ He squeezes Sylvain's hand again, still a little uneasy, even if it was lessening. ]

And it doesn't feel uncomfortable now? Knowing you were coerced while we were still in there? I...know you were alright with this scenario, but I know how bleak lack of choice was for you in the past. The you in there only had those feelings.

[ His lips quirk faintly at that as he leans in to steal a kiss. ]

That was still a far better option than you’d think. No, love, I’m not uncomfortable. Well. That’s not true. [ He pauses, glancing down ruefully. ] That was… entirely too realistic, apparently. I’m going to need to change.

[ But that just has his gaze coming back to mete Basch’s, turning a hint mischievous now. ]

Have I mentioned that you as a pirate is unfairly hot? Because it is.

[bardische]

[ That gets a flustered chuckle, because it also makes him realize he had the same issue. ]

We can go clean up. I feel as tired as if it were real, and I'd very much just like to hold you and possibly nap.

[ But then he's flushing, all composure gone. ]

I...am glad you enjoyed it. [ His intonation is almost a question, but gods he's trying to just take the compliment. ] Though I'm not sure what constitutes unfairly. Or hot in this case.

I think seeing you, confident and in charge like that, is possibly the most comfortable I’ve seen you when we’ve played. At least in that role.

[ He pushes himself up into a sitting position, leaning his weight on his hands as he grins down at his lover. ]

And it was ridiculously attractive. I figured it would be, just from the scenario we chose, but seeing it firsthand… Damn, Basch. Clearly I need to let you be in charge more often, if that’s what we get to do.

[bardische]

[ Well, he's flushing deeply, eyes drifting to the ground and fully biting his lip. He shakes his head, trying to clear the embarrassment, but it prickles on his skin. ]

I -- didn't realize you liked me being in charge that much.

[ Except he already knew, didn't he? Every time they'd played that way, Sylvain had enjoyed it and relaxed. ]

If you like it, then we should do it more, I just --

[ He can't quite get the sentence out, his cheeks still burning. ]

[ He can practically feel the embarrassment simmering in the other man and he could tease him for that, but he wants Basch to be more comfortable with this. So he temporarily diverts that intention instead. ]

Didn't you like it, when you wore my collar and I led you out for the night?

[ he knows the answer to that, but he wants to put this into perspective for Basch and hopes this might help it make more sense. ]

[ And that, as always, is why Basch feels so safe with Sylvain. The other knows when to push and when to reassure.

And he sees Sylvain's point. ]

Very much. I wasn't sure how it would feel, since that beginning of that scenario you were so against it.

[ He brushes Sylvain's hair back absently. ]

That first night I was with you, I was frightened that you'd go to far, but it was such a relief to let you take charge once I realized you weren't going to.

[philancer]

[ He cups his hand over Basch's, his smile gentle and wry. ]

I want you to think about how you felt for both of those nights. What you got out of it. What you were afraid of and what you trusted. So let me assure you, I got the same out of it, I'm pretty sure. You're right, there is a sense of relief in it, in surrendering. And I know you will never go too far. Trust like that doesn't come easily - for either of us, I think.

I know. I think that's why I have such a hard time understanding why you give it to me. Not now, like this, but in a situation like that where you don't know who I am and I haven't earned it.

[ He gives a wry smile of his own. ]

Maybe I'm too protective of you.

[philancer]

Maybe I didn't have as many issues there, either. [ He spreads his hands in a shrug before snickering. ] No, who am I kidding? I always have issues. I'm also immensely stubborn.

We knew the first time trying this wasn't going to be easy. That's why we added some enhancement. Even if I didn't remember agreeing to it, it doesn't change that I chose this. I knew you'd convince me one way or another.

[bardische]

Stubborn, but always making exceptions for me.

I suppose this wasn't so different from the professor play. There's some part of you that likes being desired and overpowered by authority, isn't there? One who turns out to be safe, at least.

[philancer]

[ At that stated so plainly, he feels a flush of heat creep up the back of his neck as he makes a sound that's not quite a protest, but not exactly an agreement, either. ]

I think it's the 'safe' part that makes the difference.

Oh, sweet, did I make you blush this time?

[ It's a low, gentle laugh as he slides his hand through Sylvain's hair. He understands a little better why Sylvain always enjoys making him flush. ]

I'm glad I'm so safe for you, even when we aren't ourselves.

I admit to nothing.

[ Which is basically an admission in itself.

But he chuckles as he kisses Basch again. ]

You were definitely still yourself in all the ways that counted.

[ He won’t push, but he likes that Sylvain is exploring something vulnerable and new with him too. Even if that’s what makes him nervous.

Still, Sylvain is right. This place’s influence or not, both of them have enjoyed everything together. That feels important. ]

I suppose that is a valid assessment. And that you were as well. Stubborn. Beautiful. Hungry. Sweet.
